Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the Bloomwise platform (hereinafter "the Service"), published by Bloomwise SAS.

By accessing the Service or creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Bloomwise is a SaaS platform for search engine optimization (SEO) that offers:

• Technical and semantic website audits
• Keyword analysis and content opportunity identification
• Automated generation of SEO-optimized articles
• Search engine ranking tracking
• Personalized recommendations powered by artificial intelligence

Available features vary depending on the subscription plan chosen.

3. Registration and User Account

Access to the Service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@bloomwise.io.

Bloomwise reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

The Service is offered through monthly subscriptions. Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. Bloomwise reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

A free 14-day trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, access to premium features will be restricted unless a paid subscription is purchased.

Payments are made by credit card through our secure payment provider. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled in advance.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The following is specifically prohibited:

• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or infringing on third-party rights
• Attempting to bypass technical limitations or security measures of the Service
• Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing access to the Service without written authorization
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of provided APIs
• Generating content that is contrary to public order, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on privacy

6. Intellectual Property

All elements composing the Service (interface, software, algorithms, text, graphics, trademarks, logos) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Bloomwise SAS.

Content generated by the Service (articles, analyses, reports) from your data belongs to you. You grant Bloomwise a limited license to use such content solely for the purpose of improving the Service, in anonymized and aggregated form.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Bloomwise uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and quality of the Service, but does not guarantee:

• Complete absence of interruptions or errors
• Achievement of specific SEO results
• Absolute accuracy of analyses and recommendations generated by artificial intelligence

Under no circumstances shall Bloomwise be liable for indirect damages, data loss, revenue or profit loss resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Bloomwise may terminate or suspend your access in case of violation of these Terms, after prior notification when circumstances permit.

9. Modification of Terms

Bloomwise reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of any substantial modification by email or notification within the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
